There is currently no landline/phone at Belong.

You can also chat with us during store hours on the bottom right of the screen- the storefront stylists will answer when not with a customer.

How do I return my purchase?

We take returns for store credit no more than 7 days after receipt- which means the day you bought it in store, the day it was delivered to your door or the day we emailed you to pick up your package.

For shipped returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipment fee.

Email us at thebelonglifestyle@gmail.com within seven days so we can start the process or pop in to one our stores. Please note, no exceptions will be made.

Please make sure items are unworn, unused, clean, and deodorant and makeup stain free with the tags still attached..
